Need a little help.

I have a 94 Z28 m6. I just recently purchased a nitrous works wet system from one of my buddies. I do plan on running a seperate small fuel cell with 110 in it and its own pump and regulator. These are my current mods: Borla catback, hollowed cat, granatelli maf, ram air, bbk tb, tbb, hypertech pp3 with 160 stat, clutch, hurst, msd blaster coil, and msd 6a module. I have seen on forums where people talk about the msd timing retard module and was wondering if this is going to benefit me at all or hurt me when spraying because i have one just sitting here that my friend just gave me so. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

i wouldnt worry about it unless ur gonna spray more than 125 or so on it.. not a bad idea to get one if u plan on hitting the strip on the weekends but not a necessidy especially with a m6.. if u get one id look into the Mallory 685. oh and make sure u run a cold plug like a NGK TR55 or TR6

Ok thanks. I already have the msd and I have the nitrous works kit and I believe the big jet is a 175 shot. Will I be able to run that big of a shot without killing my engine? Thanks for your help.

ummm it seems your pretty new to nitrous... i wouldnt go and spray a 175 shot at it w/o any way to see what is happening to the car while its beening sprayed, like auto tap or something to watch knock retard.

You got that HPP3 in there which jacks up timing which is not good...

you might be able to get away with ike a 100 shot w/o touching anything and just running a few gallons of 110 mixed with 93 in the tank.

too much needs to be changed to run a big shot like that correctly and keep the stock engine in one piece.
