well i just bought it last night. of course not.

can anyone tell me if the stick is the same as the stock one? cuz ive already got a short stick for my stock shifter, i'd like to be able to switch it over to my pro 5.0.

I don't think it is the same, I think only Hurst shifter's use the stock type stick that can be removed and where a short stick can be used on them.
Don't hold me to it but checkout the short stick online and see what shifter's it's made for.
That's why I bought a Hurst shifter, I wanted to be able to use the short stick I already had.

Ok I just looked it up. It looks like you should be fine. Apperantly it's Hurst and the Pro 5.0 that you can use the short sticks with.

k its in. man i love it. only thing i cant decide on is the stick. the throw is short as hell. even though the stick that comes with it is tall as hell i still feel the short *** throw. being angled i didnt think i'd like it, but it feels great.

i put my short stick on and it fits, but the shifter itself is really far to the right, dont know why, maybe thats why the stick is angled. well when i test drove it with the angled one i didnt miss 3rd. when i had the short one i did, only cuz i had to throw it so far away i clutched it too quick.

ima try and cut the angled one down cuz i really like the feel, i just need it shorter.
