need wiring help

i need some help with wiring i just converted my 89 rs which was TBI to TPI so i pulled all the computer wiring out ofthe car some of it an into the drivers side into the fuse box so i cut all the wires out that were for the motor and then put the rest back in that hook up to the heat, AC, cooling fan dist and some temp sensors on the heads. Now my new harness i bought of ebay for the TPI also has the heat, AC and things integrated into it but doesnt run to the fuse box, I am using a 165 ECM for the MAF system Which wires do i eliminate for the heat AC and things like that from the new harness or coming from the fuse box

thanks
George

really the best thing to do is get a complete harness, and don't cut it (you will have nothing but headaches doing that) also get a wiring schematic (service manual time not chiltons useless pos)

had a complete harness for the TPI but i think it might be a different year cause it doesnt hook into the fuse box like the TBI harness di i think there is a year break that GM started using just one harness just wondering if i splice the 2 together or if i should not hook up the stuff from one and if so which one dont i hook up unless i can maybe find a harness from a 89 TPI to use then it should plug in on both sides if i could find someone to buy my TPI harness i might be able to afford one thanks
