New Dyno #s

I was at the San Antonio F-Body Dyno Day last Saturday at Lethal Performance to see what the new exhaust system would put down. I was pretty disappointed. The first pull was f*cked up somehow.....253.92HP & 294.08 torque. The second one was a little better, 306.78 & 319.52. But still not what I was hoping for. Apparently my car was so used to my old craptacular exhaust system that it caused the car to run extremely lean with the much better flowing true duals.

The guys at Lethal offered to hook me up with a dyno-tune using HP Tuners. I just got back a couple of hours ago with my new #s after much tweaking & about 9 pulls.

Max Power: 337.17
Max Torque: 339.25

MUCH better. Shawn (the guy who did the tuning) also tweaked a few other things (shift firmness, etc), and it feels like a different car. Back in 2004 my car put down 335 RWHP, but it was extremely erratic and so it wasn't a very reliable HP #. I'll get the dyno sheet posted up as soon as I can get it scanned.....its a nice smooooth flowing curve now. :D

I was happy, considering the go-fast parts on my car are pretty mild.

Stock internals, stock LS1 intake, etc.

Nice numbers. Stick a little larger cam in there and you might get 400hp.
