opti spark gone

It's finaly shot. :( My opti is done I went a little over a month with my opti going out. I had all the problems car dying, hard to start, rough idel, no top end, so I wanted to know what to do for a new opti system. I bought the car used with 82,000 on the clock, and I was looking to buy the deltaq opti-direct solution but dont know what i will all need and if it will fix all of my opti problems?????

And also how much will it cost??

Their are a few solutions.

1. The Deltaq system which had horrible product control at first, although they are improving.

2. Upgrade to LS1 style system (I think it is called the LSCC)

3. Replace Opti.

4. Upgrade to DynaSpark Opti.

BTW what part went out on the Opti?

i really dont know what to tell you..... i not to big on the opti and i dont know to much about it... so i would take it that you go with something aftermarket thoughh.. bc people talk about how bad the oem ones go bad..

the aftermarket ones aren't a whole lot more reliable, it's a bad design to start with (hence they changed it)

The problem with going with the LSCC and Deltaq systems is that things can go wrong and your car could be down for a while if something does mess up. Plus you have to0 custom make brackets for the coils and the wires. http://www.lgmotorsports.com/shop/pr...30b0caae91d901

I have heard very good things about the Dynaspark, think Opti but done right this time. Plus is it just plug and play.
