that is badass, makes my car look tiny...

It would be 100% fabrication. And the modifications to support 15 lbs of boost would be quite substantial. I would expect no less than an additional $700 onto the cost of the supercharger, even if you do all of the work yourself.

Yeah it'll definitly be a good amount of work but if you can do it, it'll really be worth it.

I have, but I was watching the v6 camaro races in texas. I cant lift tires... or at least I havnt yet.

archemedes 09-12-2007 11:50 AM

lifting the tires is a sign of bad suspension design (every bit the front lifts is hp wasted moving the car forward) you want just a little bit as weight transfers, but the tires should stay on the ground

Hey phate, what would i have to do to support 15 lbs of boost on a stock engine.

Upgraded fuel pump, larger injectors, different spark plugs, a few other powertrain upgrades. If I was going to do it, I would rebuild the motor first also, might as well if you are going to upgrade the other things.

paarman97maro 09-12-2007 04:01 PM

unless you want to break **** and have more work and spend more money.

Would you build a bridge just so it might work, or make sure you have all the reinforcements and safetys first?
