Project Camaro?
I am seriously thinkin about getting this 95. Just for a project to fix it up and than sell it for profit so I can start saving for paint. Let me know what u think and how much it would cost to fix.

good thinking but nope. if that car was in mint condition with 89,000 miles on it the guy might get 3,500 for it maybe.... its a big pain in the *** to get all the parts together, do it up yourself, you cant paint it, so the price of that, and you will be over what someone will give you for it. plus it doesnt change the fact that the car has been considered a "rebuild" others might disagree saying you can get the parts for under 1g and blah blah blah, but i say just go get a summer job, it will be better in the long run.

alrighty

Not worth it, If it were an LT1, maybe and part it out....but that one, nope!
|
Plus it doesnt say if there is frame damage or not. If there is (and by the looks of it most likly) it'll cost you way more than its worth. I wouldnt do it.
|
i wouldn't do it because the 3.4 sucks and i own one :banghead: but yeah with mine it has been nothing but mechanical problems so i would stay away from the 3.4 if you could...plus nobody wants a car with a salvage title anyway
|
Find a Z. :) I did. Haha ... If you don't have enough money, steal one ... Serious...
joking. :p |
lol like everyone else said i dont think its worth the work and i dont see how u could make a profit especially if the frames twisted at all
|
my 3.4 itself has had no mechanical problems at all. The only problems the car had had nothing to do with engine. Just a few other things. But as a project, that car just wouldn't be worth it. Too much damage, and with the V6 it won't get enough money when you sell it.
