Replacing oil pan!! Need Help!!
I have a 94 V6 Chevy Camaro. I had a leak from my oil drain plug, and found that the plug is stripped. So, I needed to replace the whole pan. I had a guy I knew work on it. When it came time for him to take the pan off he couldn't, even with the engine raised as far as it could go. So, he told me that I would have to remove the whole front wheel suspension just to get the oil pan out. I guess there is a section that crosses the oil pan. Other shops have said that the whole engine needs to be taken out. I have looked all over the internet, but no luck. I NEED ANSWERS!! WHAT SHOULD BE DONE!!

Um the pan should come out with just the engine being help up some. Only reason why is because of the k-amber(right?) bar thats in the way so you gota move the engine up and should come off.
