SFI and MFI??

Are they the same injection process for fuel? I keep seeing MFI on adds when they sell a camaro, but when I check out a Camaro site that has stats it says SFI, so what is it?

Sequential Fuel Injection or Muli-Point Fuel Injection.

sequential can be multi point, but doesn't have to be. Sequential means the injectors fire when needed, compared to the older systems that fired with each cylinder (so basically constant firing) TBI is a great example as well as the early MFI, MFI means there is an injector at each cylinder for better spray and atomization

thanks for the ending the confusion, by why do the sell camaro's with either the SFI or MFI next to the LS1 or show the stats of the engine?I guess it really doesnt matter.
