this car is costing me way to much $ dont think ill be able to keep it :(. wouldnt the timing chain skipping cause the timing gun to shot it being off?

maybe, if the gun shows it's right that means it's firing when the balancer is in the right spot, but the cam may be off and not opening the valve

will have them do the chain today :( $$$$$

:banghead: pull the timeing cover and see if the holes match up.
