Transgo Shiftkit Installed.
 

ok well the day has arrived, my transgo shiftkit for my 94 v6 3.4 has been installed. Im very pleased with the firmness all around and the great downshifts. Now I have one other question so I can rob some Horsepower:

Is there anything else I need to do to run my serpentine belt system without the AC? I mean I know i have to get a shorter belt and just not wrap it around the compresser..but is there anything special I need to do in advance? (My AC dosent work and my mechanic buddy told me it would add more hp by not routing the ac pully...) Any info on this? (facts)
