How hard would this be to do? And should I? And why? I'm bored looking at crap on Ebay. I should go to sleep....

There really isn't any point for you to do it.
That's a mod made more for race cars. So they can disconnect it from outside the car plus it takes weight off the front of the car for better launches.

i actaully might do it to try to correct my weight distribution with the bb

mxracerbrian 01-14-2007 02:21 PM

would you run the cables under the car? i dont think you could sneak em under the carpet...could you?

blue89vert 01-14-2007 04:50 PM

yeah...thats for weight distribution...better traction for the right rear tire. i thought about doing it just to clean up the engine bay but i changed my mind. i think you have to run them under the car and put looms over them or somethin. not sure

Nice find!

I am planning on this as well as losing my inner fenders. I plan to make it work under the carpet.

Its primarily used for drag, as everyone else has said. But its something good to do to clean up your engine bay a little, especially if you have alot of items that need power (amp, subs, aftermarket lighting, etc), less wires and less clutter.
