Force Fed Fabrications is about your only choice - http://www.force-fed-fabrications.com/ Ask Taigo any questions, he's very helpful.

as another option not sure if it works on the rear drive motor or not, but there is now a retrofit kit to put the m90 supercharger on the 3800 series II motor (the supercharger from the gtp)

No it doesn't fit, the cowl's in the way and the throttle body on the supercharger would be facing the firewall.

archemedes 02-16-2005 11:52 PM

wasn't sure just a bit cheaper than the turbo stuff

a powerdyne supercharger is your best bet.

It's certianly a good choice but I personally would rather have the turbo as you can make a lot more power from it.

NoRiceInside 02-17-2005 01:02 AM

yeah but have you seen that turbo kit? you'd need to fab up an exhaust and it would be so hard to work under there with a big turbo. and then theres turbo lag.

fbird42 02-17-2005 11:51 AM

anybody know how much that turbo would set you back .. that link that chad posted? :D

nowadays turbo lag on most turbos is very very small. its not like it used to be.

yep and many pros are swearing by them, switching from super charger

taigo kit with th t4 is 3000

i have one of the for sale that needs $25-$50 in parts and you;ll have to have the y-pipe fit to your car..... for $2100
BTW turbo lag is dumb

the turbo in this kit is at FULL boost (15 psi) at 3000 RPM and 7-10 psi is full boost at 2800

the T-70 kit is full boost at 3000 for 10 psi...

what SC can do that? i ahve nevver seen one, usally takes 4000 or more RPM to get the boost your pully is rated at

camaro94 02-25-2005 11:56 PM

if I do anything to mine, it will probably be a turbo...I'd like to have been able to start with the performance this year with my extra $$, but it looks like that will be next years plans...

tiago has kits for sale for 2650 shipped right now !!! if you tell him i sent you ;)
