Upgrade Fuel Pump

Before I put my turbo in, I want to upgrade the fuel pump on the V6. What is a good high preassure replacement that you folks recommend? I've heard Wallboural(sp?) name thrown arround, but don't know which model, or where I should order it from.

I'd rather have it professionally installed than cutting through the floor, anyone able to guestimate the price on that?

Arm, leg and possibly a testicle if you take it to dealership.

Sweet thanks, I went ahead and ordered it. Should have it Friday. Now I just need to ask for quotes around here.. Is the dealership usually the only one to even attempt a fuel pump replacement?

ummm no. any shop should do it if you need or want to have it done

all will by me it was about 300 for labor but they had to cut the tail pipe off cuz it was rusted out. but one thing is they may not warente the labor becacause they don't want to.(i'm sure theres a good reason but just a heads up)

300 doesn't sound too bad. But of course just when I'm about to dush out the money for that and my turbo install, I get a nail my harley's tire and a fricking valve cover gasket leaking on it. ugh.. :banghead:

i would just drop the tank its alot easier imo unless u have the money to pay for it of course
