there kind of a *****.. i pulled mine when i pulled the intake manis so i was already deep off into the motor.. i had to pull the fuel rails the coil packs etc.. it sucked but its really just a matter of time

3.4 they suck to take them off

On the 3.8, you have to take off the coil pack, fuel rails, fuel lines, and a few other little odds and ends. Will take about an hour or so.

Hmmmmm, maybe ill wait on this until I get a few days in a row off from work, incase I run into problems, which with my luck, i deffinatly will. Do you guys think 500* temp paint would hold up, or would it end up looking like crap a while down the road.

eh i am using 1200* temp paint on all of my stuff (brake calipers) valves covers etc.. but 500* should work..

my only advice is get a haynes manual and make sure you know how to paint well

i would just use the highest temp u can get in the color u want cause it wont hurt to be able to handle more heat than u want, and good plan with the couple days thing shouldnt take u that wrong but u know nothing ever goes excatly like it should
