Shouldnt be too hard but I dont know for sure. Never got that deep into my 6 when I had her. All I know is an LT1's aren't that bad.

there kind of a *****.. i pulled mine when i pulled the intake manis so i was already deep off into the motor.. i had to pull the fuel rails the coil packs etc.. it sucked but its really just a matter of time
|
3.4 they suck to take them off

On the 3.8, you have to take off the coil pack, fuel rails, fuel lines, and a few other little odds and ends. Will take about an hour or so.

Hmmmmm, maybe ill wait on this until I get a few days in a row off from work, incase I run into problems, which with my luck, i deffinatly will. Do you guys think 500* temp paint would hold up, or would it end up looking like crap a while down the road.
|
eh i am using 1200* temp paint on all of my stuff (brake calipers) valves covers etc.. but 500* should work..
my only advice is get a haynes manual and make sure you know how to paint well |
