Vehicle Wont ACCELERATE PAST 2,500!
 
p0101, p0102, p1220, p1516....... Vehicle Bogs down starting at 2,500.... Shakes and backfired one time.. wont accelerate any more after 2,500...

Installed new plugs and wires today no difference... Cleaned MAF.. No difference... Unplugged MAF No Difference... Vehicles barely running.. When throttle is wide open in neutral it peaks a couple grand rpm's lower than redline/Govenor..

Limp mode...it will make it where your car wont run right...I dont know the cause, could be your alarm system.

looking at those codes I lean towards a short in your main harness to the engine or bad pcm, or just completely bad maf (do you have a k&n filter they can kill a maf if recently cleaned) the other codes are tps.

Sounds like a bad ECM \ Wiring harness as Arch said. It pretty much has to be electrical based.
