warming up problems
 

ok, my '86 2.8L ( i know :( ) has problems ( or atleast i think) warming up. when i start it , it revs to like 2-3 grand stays for a second then goes down to about 500 and then back up , it keeps doing this for a few minutes maybe 5 and then is fine. i have no idea what the problem is.

could be a clogged cold start injector, or a bad egr valve run some seafoam through the engine, then another can through the tank it may help, and definatly won't hurt
