worth it?

is a 3" true dual system worth the extra cost for a v6? I know it flows better, but i'm thinking 2.5" is plenty for a small 6. am i right?

all depends who you ask, also depends what you want to use the car for typically you'll lose some low end

JesasaurusRex 08-08-2005 10:02 PM

um u mean a true dual 2.5"? More than enough.

Dna383 08-08-2005 10:15 PM

true dual 2.5 is more than enough for a v8

NCamaro94 08-08-2005 10:39 PM

how come you lose low end with duals, but gain tq with a cat back system?

archemedes 08-08-2005 11:20 PM

it has to do with scavenging, think of it like water, it will pour out a huge pipe, but no force, shrink the pipe a bit and it will blast out
