got my headers on today heres some pics, ill try to upload the clip but i think it turned out really bad so ill have to make another one. I did have some problems when i was doing this. I had to hammer the passenger side header in from the bottom with a rubber malet and the driver side i had to diconnect the steering shaft. ANother thing was i had to take all the plugs and wires off to get the passenger one in and than the wires had different ends that didn't fit so i had to use 2 of my old wires. Than i started it up and it kept backfiring b/c the timing was messed up and 2 of the wires were switched around. After all that I got it running perfect. Just gotta get a new y-pipe and cat.

lol, what i meant was I dont want my car to get any louder, not until i get the exhaust all done anyway...
your camera just has ****** sound recording... as does mine. Cameras are for taking pictures, not videos usually. Its the sound recorder on your camera, not your car.

sounds good even thought he sound on camcorders is usually****, its not what their made for

to get your compression ratio, you need to know the cc's of your combustion chamber. you also need to know the cc's of your cylinder at BDC.
you add your combustion chamber measurement to the cylinder measurement. take that number and divide by your combustion chamber alone. thats the ratio. its basically a measure of the space in the cylinder at BDC compared to at TDC. |
thats easy enough.
for stock engines, just look it up. yours is like 9.5:1 prolly.
sweet dude sounds nice but don't run 15:1 if you plan on driving it daily.
Looks good!! when I put my headmens in I didnt have to take anything apart the only thing I had to take off was the starter. but your headers are high quality I think!
thanks for the compliments guys
