gt cars is much better alot more general...Toronto street racing sounds wayyy to fast and the furyrice...

I liked the old TSR and all kinda got attached to it. But I figure GTCars is more reasonable and logical. This forum is largely about cars in general not just street racing in Toronto ya know what I mean. Lots of international, pro racing and other random content here.

^^ no, but the majority of the users are located in or around the GTA, so it was a very fitting name. It was also a place to ask quesitons withinh the area (Aka. i need an exhaust shop in the GTA. )

Heres a better one and probally a good comprimise too.

How about GTSRC.ca Greatertorontostreetracingcars.ca or GTSC.ca
GreaterTorontoStreetCars.ca. The latter is probally more appropiate as it takes out the racing on the street aspect of it. But I do like teh first one as that is what this site was orignally about. While I was writing this, I can up with another one GTR.ca GreaterTorontoRacing.ca This one includes everything from drag,street and course racing. Seeing alot of users here race in many differnt types of cars.

iunno anymore. torontostreetracing.com was had that underground feel as some poeple have been saying, but gtcars.ca has a streetracing/smacktalking section anyways... gtcars is alright i guess... but tsr is tsr! im confused too :confused:

*********.com was blocked because every time TSR mods went to their forum our posts were being edited, and links to TSR were being deleted. Ultimately we just blocked it and that was the end of it. It was discussed between the owner of OSR and the admins of TSR, it was left as is.
OSR has been blocked for aprox 1 year already.
Maybe the new owner(s) will decide to unblock OSR, that’s up to them.

As for the name, i think keep it GTcars. Its a whole different feel here on the forum now, the name change wont save it.

Having the name toronto street racing will not make it easy for the new owner to recoupe some of his money invested. Atleast as GTcars he has a chance, but it will take more than just a name to get paid.
