I heard somewhere that Ford still had some sort of rights to the Knight Rider franchise since they came out with a retarded series a few years back called "Team Knight Rider"
which used Ford vehicles and trucks, except for 2 motorcycles which would combine into some weird looking thing. It would've been nice if they used a SLP Edition Trans-am to keep some sort of continuation on the Trans-AM theme.

It's kind of like that unfortunately. You know how GM bought the rights to make the transformers all GM cars? Well, Ford bought the right to make every car in knight rider a ford car. :retard:

They said they want to "keep looking as close to the production one as possible". I'm guessing that's to make people want a KITT, then have the ability to go out and buy one. Really gay in my opinion. Plus they said that "you will see all of ford vehicles in the show" :retard: Awesome. :turbogfight:

I hope this show goes no-where. Should have just remade it into a movie using a gm fbody or even the original KITT like they did with dukes of hazard and starsky and hutch.

ok so i went to youtube and watched a few clips fromk the knight rider gang or whatever the **** they were called. what a piece of that show would have been if it made it to tv, lol

I loved that show, but was pissed to hear about the 'stang. Would rather it be the Koenigsegg.

The car needs to be futuristic, not huge and boxy. I won't bother to see the movie. I've lost interest.
