Anyone know about smog?
Well I'm almost 18 and considering different options I have. First option is to live at home for free and attend local junior college. That's the cheapest way. However when I'm 19.5 my record is gonna be clean and I'll be able to afford a V8's insurance so I will obviously get one, and soon after that I'd get my associates degree and probably transfer to an automotive school hence move out. I'm going to get an LT1 and ima do a supercharged 396 LT4 and ima get long tubes, remove that cat, EGR, and AIR, and lots more illegal junk...well at least in Cali.
Soooooooo, my question is, does anyone know which states in the southwest US don't require vehicles to pass a smog test? |

Why does your insurance drop at 19.5? Are you the anamole?
|
no i got in a wreck and got a ticket for that wreck at 16.5. in cali the two points go away after 3 years...so will my high insurance rates :D
