I'd be all for Mozilla FireFox if it weren't for one thing... compatibility. There are a lot of scripted websites that do not function correctly (DaimlerChrysler's DealerConnect being an important one to me) with Mozilla FireFox.

As much as it promotes Microsoft's rule over everything, I'm going to have to continue using IE until script programmers and corporations start supporting FireFox and other third-party browsers.

I have found few sites that don't work, and have ie just for them

Well, that does work, but understand that I find it absolutely frustrating to all hell to have to juggle two different browsers at the same time. Instead of one process taking up a chunk of memory, you now have two, so you are essentially taking more resources anyway.

never really understood the need for firefox. i use netscape.. works fine for me.

Netscape is what I've always used.. right now, I have IE only because this computer is running bare bones right now, because not everything is installed yet.

you like aol? that's who does netscape now and it has spyware, firefox is based on the old pre aol netscape
