Autocrossing

Has anyone here autocrossed before? I did for the first time today :) Was a lot of fun the Camaro handled really nicely but goodyear run-flats on back let me slide all over the place lol. Air dam hit the ground quite a bit too. Think i'll get some nittos for the car next year :D

couldnt imagine how much i would hit with my lisence plate on the airdam.. I know a lot of people up here that have autocrossing days.. I think they called the season quits tho

runflats are the worst tires on the planet. Come to think of it, after running F1's on my truck, I'm convinced goodyear = ****.

I'll be buying Nitto's in a month or two, **** goodyear

goodyears do that on a track even when they aren't run flats (I used to play at road atlanta alot)

Be careful not to starve the engine for oil. I would not even consider autocrossing without an aftermarket oil pan.

with a mostly stock engine it's not too big a deal, your not going to create enough g force to kill the engine,if you need an aftermarket pan, or want to race alot you use dry sump oiling
