Best way to learn a second language?
I know due to brain development after like 16 it becomes somewhat diffcult to learn a second language. I was wondering does anyone know any particular software or books that work well to help learn a second language?

I have no idea about books or tapes.. If I had the choice to learning a language id have to take a class because I wouldnt have the patients to learn from a book because you wouldnt know how to pronounce the stuff. A tape might be more helpful but still I wouldnt have any hands on experience and if you had a question you would have no one to ask. Also, a class would make you set a part of your day out for learning it unlike a nook or tape when you would easily loose intrest and say **** it im going to watch tv... But yeah it would be sweet to learn German and go flying around the Autobahn. I took spanish in highschool and I hated it. I wish I would have taken German.
Try these links. I took german in high school and I loved it. I would have also taken italian, but my school didn't offer it. These sites were very helpful in learning and brushing up on languages.

German's not a bad language to learn, Russian is a little bit of a pain. Some places offer classes and things, plus some people say if you listen to the tapes while you are asleep it aids in the learning.
