Yup... They cuff ya and put ya in jail for 100+.

when i got pulled over, the cop told me he could take me to jail and gimme a fine up to 1,000 bucks for 86 in a 40, although he was nice and dropped it to 71(cause his gun couldnt lock on when i was behind him doing 86, so he had no proof,hehe). that was 180 dollar ticket and 8 hours of traffic school, o and yes court too.
