C6 corvette rims and tires
1 Attachment(s)
heres the thing. i got some actual corvette rims and tires that came off a 07 corvette for 800, with goodyear eagle f1 tires, new tread. the thing is i cant seem to fit the rear wheels on. the left needs about 1" more clearance and the right needs 1/4" clearance to fit well. obviously somethings wrong here, and i need to find the problem. but the question is if anyone put the 19x10 i think in the rear did you have any problems fitting it or did it go on without problems? also i may have to cut a piece of the inside fenderwall to fit it perfect. the pic is from a camera phone so dont mind the blur

I'm not entirely sure but I think the C6 wheels that people run on f-bodies had a different offset. You need to specify what you mean by clearance- inside, fender ect...
wierd..the offset may not be right...
sweet deal on the rims. not sure what could be up with the clearance issues
sounds like offset is wrong
im running 18 x 9.5 corvette c6 wheels and they fit fine for me..
He's running 19x10s... bit of a difference.
i thought the only known clearance issues on the fbodys was when you went above m a 10" wheel/tire like the 11" zr1's.. i understand offset but i would imagine that most (if not all) of the c6 wheels would inevitably be the same (at least very similar) offsets

OEM Corvette wheels have a different offset than the replicas that most people have on their F-bods. You will need spacers for them to fit correctly. Either that, or you could sell those for a nice chunk of money and but some replica wheels with the proper offset.
