Computer problem ... Windows always tries to install "DocumentViewer"

So I figured if that random guy can ask about computers here, I can too. Haha... Anyway, my computer freaks out like 75% of the time when I click on video files (mostly home-made ones for some reason) and it starts up windows installer which attempts to install "DocumentViewer" until it is haulted by the "Which CD is the installer in menu thingy" and it won't let me play the video until I rapidly click cancel installing like 4-5 times. It has been doing this for ages and it really pisses me off. I don't want to reformat or do anything crazy. Does anyone know whats going on ... or if I can just FIND the damn "DocumentViewer" and install it so it quits trying to?

OMG Sorry Paar!! ... I feel so bad... haha

And just cuz I didn't mean to leave you out ... Yes I do have a windows CD, but I think I tried that and it didn't work. I just downloaded this thing called Windows Install Clean Up, and scrolled down to the "DocumentViewer", clicked remove, and it's done. Sorry if I hurt your feelings, muthaabeechshit.
