CSF 2007 Trip
 

I left last wednesday night for the trip, and Ill be honest the way it started out, I wasnt too amped up for the trip. After I left best buy to go to my parents house, on my drive back I went to pass someone and I hit the pedal to the floor and the rpms climbled like I was in neutral. All my gears above 2nd went out on the highway. I isntantly got pissed because I knew somthing like this would happen to me before the trip. I pulled off the highway, and my speedo was stuck at 65mph haha.. I drove at 35 to a nearby gas station to find out it was closed. So I let my car sit and checked it out, found out the tranny fluid was incredibly low. I had no choice but to go about another 5 miles into town... After I let it sit for a while, all my gears came back so I quickly got to a station, and took aawhile to get it all fixed but I made it back to the parents house later that night... Thank god it was just the tranny fluid.

Next day got the car all cleaned up and ready to go... Headed to chads place with Adric and stayed the night. Come out the next morning to my hatch just popped open - someone had broken into my car. They tried to take my stereo cause the box was turned, ground disconnected, and the components unplugged. I think they gave up when they saw how intricate the wiring is... Im so glad they were ******* retards and didnt take it. That might have ruined my whole trip. Luckily they didnt break any windows, doors, or locks. I still have no idea how they popped the hatch, I swear I had set the alarm. They stole all my CDs, I probably had about 150 or more, a voice recorder, my stereo remote, my cologne, my gum (W.T.F.), my knife, and A HANDFUL OF CHANGE (who the **** steals change.. worthless). They went through everything my car, stuff was scattered everywhere... They were basically ****** idiots tho, didnt even take my radar detector right on the window, or more expensive stuff in the car. Im thankful for that, but Im still pissed off mostly about the CDs... theyll take awhile to remake. I didnt want to let it bring me down tho, so tried not to think about it. They also went into adrics car and stole his change too :rolleyes:

We had breakfast right after that incident and I met becky and saw her 1st gen. Beautiful car! Was nice to meet you and have breakfast... and watch chad drink chocolate milk... :lolsign:

So we all hit the road (Adric, Jesse, Chad and me) so we had a nice line of maros all the way there... We coincidentally met up with Derek about an hour outside ypsilanti so 5 fbodies alll came in together. Youll all see the pictures later, we got TONS. It was a really fun weekend tho hanging out with Chad Jesse Derek Danielle and Brian, we had fun times! It sucked that it went by so fast, but It will be good to hang out with you guys in a few weeks again. Pics and vids will be up soon enough... We got an AWESOME group shoot. Mine wont be up til later this week.

Got home last night around 2:30am after driving about 9-10 hours home. Damn, I was tired I zonked out instantly. Im just glad the cars held up, and we all got home safe. Turned out to be a great weekend, despite some of the events :)

I just wanna let you guys know that I had a great time this weekend. This year was a LOT of fun and Im glad I got to share the experience with you!

Yeah it was a blast im so glad I was able to bring my car along. Those fags broke into my car also and stole my change... Who the **** steals change when my cellphone and all this other **** was in my center councel also..

Yeah I don't know what happen with those faggots.


It was nice getting to actually know some of the people behind the screen of ProjectCamaro.com. I think Jesse was the only person I really knew of all the people that went from PC this year.

I had an absolute blast, dispite being high for a good portion of the trip and my incredible Wii boxing skills.
This weekend weny WAY TO FAST though. I can't believe we won't be able to do this for another year now. Next year though I will be more prepared now that I know what to expect.

I really had fun as well! I knew Jesse, Justin, Adric and Danielle from last year but this year I finally got to meet the man behind projectcamaro and dont worry I will post a picture. It was great stayin with the guys at the hotel and I don't think there was 1 dull moment the whole weekend!

I really hope next year we can get even more people to go and support the site..

Overall I seen some amazing cars this year that I dont remember from last year which is good.. lol! I will post pictures later.. Right now I have to try to get all my bookmarks back because for some reason they all are gone:(

I'm glad that I atleast got to do breakfast with you guys.It was nice seeing you Jesse and meeting Justin and Adric finally.I would have thought more about going this year had I thought my car would make it that far.My husband did say that I should have just rode with you guys.That just made me more mad that I didn't go,lol.
Oh well there is always next year.

Mine should be up late tonight or at the latest tomorrow. We took a ton and have to resize and host them before we can post them up here.

damn dude that sucks about the break in....T-Tops are even easier to break into...happend to me 5 years ago, over 2000$ worth of CD's were stolen...Insurance covered that though, thankfully I have full coverage to the max. I hope you can claim that on insurance, other wise looks like you had a blast, kinda jealous cause I dont belong to an F-Body club but I could If i wanted to with Camaro Cruizers here in WA.

I was thinkin about csf all weekend. I was mad that I couldn't make but at least you all had a good time!

I'm having trouble with my crappy laptop so I had to put the pictures on my wife's. I'm currently uploading them to one of my servers so I can download them to my laptop and save them on a backup harddrive as well.

hey sorry about your cars adric and paar same thing happened to me only they took my cds, left my stereo and ipod and **** but anyways congrats on a good trip sometime when i get another camaro i will try to make the trip with you guys

:woot: I had a great time too! Was great meeting Derek and Chad. I think Derek was a little stunned when I said "OHHHH So you're the annoying one!" :lolsign: Didn't mean it, Derek, just had to yank your chain.

And Chad -- great to finally meet you in person. I admit I thought you would look... older... :lolsign: But none the less, cool guy in person.

Had an awesome time with you guys this year, and was glad that I took the time this year to spend hanging out with y'all at the show compared to last year being so freakin busy.

Oh... and damn that ride home sucked! Angie and I left about 4 I think and we got home at 4:30pm.. My hip was starting to hurt when we pulled in her driveway from that long drive! :lolsign: :nana:
