Long story short, I had an amazing plan for my rogers wireless through a buddy of mine that worked there, but for the last two months Ive been getting charged full price for every call including evenings and weekends and I cant seem to get ahold of him. If anyone has any connects at rogers that can adjust my bill Id be more than happy to give them some cash for their help.

^ can u do a hookup for hardware upgrade??

u know how they have that new tier system set up, its a joke, it depends on how much revenue they generate off u to determine what prices u pay for a hardware upgrade. i dont know how the system works but

alot of phones on the website, if your a new customer n purchase on a 3 year.. the price could be like $200 or $300, but when i try to do a upgrade and i guess ihavent been a long enuf customer with them.. it was like 4-500 something ridiculous. then they transfer me to customer relations (the ppl with power) but they still cant MATCH it, if they can match it i will do it. what a joke

ive been a long time customer, many lines with them but i just switched this one acct to under my name instead of my dads so they count it as a new acct and the revenue is resetted. hahaha i tell them to look into the history all the time but they cant do it
