this one guy i knew put it on his vtach civic it went from 120hp to 400hp....he pwned the streets

Ya ya thats the same guy who bought the Tornado fuel saving system and is now getting 50mpg while pushing 400hp

Do you believe in it or pleased with it cause you have one??

I'm sure if it works.. GM would've put it on all their new vehicles and charged a premium for super BOOST

But alas.. even GM wouldn't use it.. wat does that say

No it doesn't do a thing. Mythbusters did a bunch of tests on those gimicks a while back. That one, the magnetic fuel atom alignment thingy, and a couple others. They did however manage to make a diesel Mercedes run on deep fryer grease, after only running the crap through a paper filter. All they did to the Mercedes was remove the stock fuel lines, and put a gallon jug on the a pillar, with a fuel line going to the fuel system with the fryer grease. Free fuel. McD's gives that away for free.
