DriveClean Emissions Help. Possible Loophole

Hey guys, I am in quite the pickle for my e-test that is due up very shortly. My car is an 88 Crx DX, factory 1.5L I suppose (didnt have an engine when i bought it) swapped in a 1.6L and boosted it. No cats, straight pipe to the back.

I cant think of a way to get my car to pass a legit E-test, few big hurdles, as it has been converted to RHD, full firewall swap, jdm dash (no vin from factory). So it really has no showing VIN plates anymore for the original ownership that I use for the car.

The new test requires a picture of the vin if Im not mistaken?

Ive done hours of research and basically cant figure out how I can get the car to pass, even have a place test after seeing the car (Im assuming they would turn me down at this point, especially being RHD)

I came across this article about people changing there address or possibly just the vehicle registration form to an address in Northern Ontario, where emissions arent required, getting there registration sticker, and changing the address back.

Police warn of Southern Ontario address scam | Local | News | Timmins Times

I really just need to get a new sticker on my plate to keep driving the car as I always have, but this new e-test is throwing me a real curveball.

Do you guys think the loophole is obtainable? I dont quite understand what needs to be changed in what order and if you should do it online etc....

Or is there a way I can pass a legit e-test. If anyone has any help or private info they want to keep to PM's. Im very open to paying good $$$$$ for any knowledge to get me through this.

Cheers JDM rides

Why do you need straight pipes?
Do you even own this car still or is it scrapped now?
