we do that at school since we use fog machines alot. We blew up a stuffed doll once that was hilarious and then we used a nalgen bottle to do it and it fell like 150-200 yards away over the school into the opposite parking lot

a dry ice bomb in a nalgen would require so much ice to dissolve to produce enough pressure inside...I dont think it could happen, unless of course it blew the top away, but even then...thats some thick stuff

yeah we kinda had a hard time getting the cap tight enough on a 2 liter bottle... we ended up taping it or somthing.
