First in X Games History
 

I don't know how many of you guys are into Extreme Sports, but we just experienced a "First" in the history of the X Games! Moto-Cross rider: Travis Pastrana just landed the first ever....."DOUBLE BACKFLIP" on a motorcycle, and made it look so easy. :D

I'm sure if you turn to ESPN or ESPN2 tonight, or sometime tomorrow......you'll see him do it. I watched it as it happened and for the first time in a very long time,.....I was completely blown away.

**** I saw the xgames were on but I thought it would be surfing or something boring so I watched some show on how wind is created lol. ohwell

Rest assured man, they'll be showing that one for weeks to come. In fact, I'd be surprised if it doesn't make your local news in the sports segment. ;) When you do see it though, watch how easy he made it look! I'd say it was "spot-on perfect"!!!

thats sick man! pastana is the man. i mean, hes fast as hell in supercross/motocross and totaly dominates freestyle mx! kids f****n crazy!

how do u do a bar spin on a mx bike?

he had a custom front end with a gyro like system for the cables....and had shorter forks. it wasnt strong enough for the landing so it broke in half! guys nuts

I use to watch the X Games all the time but haven't for the last couple years. That was simply insane, I assume he won the gold.

thats freakin crazy and it was cool how he didnt even consider backing out cause he went like all out if he hadnt gotten all the way around the second rotation he would have hit hard, its just so hard to commit to stuff like that
