A track close to toronto? Do you mean toronto motorsports park? What could be closer than that? Or possibly the area in north pickering that was supposed to be an airport, but didn't. Maybe that would be a good place to go.......NOPE!.....THAT will encourage street racing.

I LOVE the drunk forum!

What's wrong with TMP? Come on, it's only like 1 1/2 hour drive from TO. How close do you want it? Picky picky picky.

Yeah I'm really having lots of problems dealing with the garbage roads this city has crowded with unlicensed 3rd-world idiots that drive on them with these weapons. :loser:

I'm so savvy and high-tech

blah blah blah... its always the same crap from police and the government. They dont care about actual problems and actual fixes, all they want is good publicity, cash, votes, and power.

Why attack the big problems when its easier to focus on the weak?

judgez24 05-06-2007 12:40 AM

i agree with you guys, easier to pick on people who dont have the knowledge to defend themselves and will out of fear pay out any fines administered to them.

z tuned, 100% i agree with you man, someone form the old tsr told us a story once of how he went into an mtpoo building which was run completely by indians, and theyd go out side sit in the car for 15 minutes come back in and look, they have a license, they obviously exchange a bribe and call it a day. that really pissed me off as i had to go through driving school and pass my graduated licensing bullshit while some piece of who doesnt know what a sto psign is or that green means go just pays their way into driving on our roads.

as for tmp, why the **** is is called toronto motorsports park? its no where near toronto, i could see if it was in like scarberia or brampton, maybe newmarket or georgetown or some other burb but man, its in cayuga, township of haldimand, it could very well be called dunnville motorsports park as its much much closer.

nw that im ranting already heres what really gets me. the cops lurk this board, we all know this, its no suprise to anyone ubt the noobs who think an open forum is completely safe from the police. instead of lurking here why not sign up and try to work with the racers and the people who modify cars. come on here and openly identify yourself as the police nad help answer questions and legalities and such. get involved and maybe gain some respect back from this community.

ok im done ranting

sky_kid 05-06-2007 12:51 AM

I can only assume that the majority of cops working together are not complete idiots. And realise that harassing those going to and comming from a track will only discourage people from going.

Which leaves, I would think, two possibilities.

A) They are trying to encourage people to race on public roads, for lack of a better place. And, in essence, create a high profile 'problem'.

B) They want to eliminate all modified vehicles from public streets, so middle class mothers of 4 won't be threatened by street racing thugs on the way to walmart.

So isnt it a good idea to remove the kill stories section?
