I doubt there has been a 'fair trial' in Iraq for quite a few centuries. He got what he deserved, but it will cause a lot of bloodshed.
The guy who found him in his hidey hole should have just tossed in a grenade, put the cover back on, and walked away continuing to search for Sadam.
I don't understand how ordinary Muslims feel any sympathy or support for these terrorists. Their main target for suicide and other bombings seems to be other Muslims.
68 already killed today. Nice to hear a mob caught one guy walking away from his exploding truck and helped him off to visit Allah.

So... where's the weapons of MAss distruction..
He just made a good escape goat.. how many other leaders out there that's just the just as inhumane.. but yet the US never bothered with them.. especially when you KNOW they have weapons of mass destructions (Nuke as one example) other then some idol threats..

Here's something nobody's talking about.
Saddam had 4 Guys that were almost like clones of him .
He Found and hired them after an assassination attempt in the '80's.
How does anyone know one of them wasn't the one who was hiding in the hole and ended up getting hung???
DNA & fingerprinting dosen't mean when you run Iraq. He could have had the ID workup reddone a long time ago.
