(if it's a civic) Number 1 reason why the insurance is high, is because civic's are the most stolen vehicle in all of North America. |
i was thinkin of getting my own insurance...i got a pretty good qoute considering i live in scarborough and drove a civic it was something like 2900 for the year...with bel air direct

$6000 a year to drive a 10 year old Civic bwhahahahah.
Thats like a payment on my 7-series WTF? |
It's cheaper for me to insure a 5L Mustang GT, than it is to insure a Civic. And I'm a professional driver, who's been insured everyday since I turned 17. Almost 15 years. But, it makes no difference, because I'm male, I drive a 5 speed, 4 door sedan. But, because it's a 5 speed, I'm paying $100 a month.

Never knew owning a 5 spd made a difference. I dont even remember my insurance company asking me if my car is 5 spd or auto. |
a 5 liter mustang is no longer black listed by the insurance company so theyre cheap man, i got quoted like 90 bucks a nmnth for a 5 liter the other year, lol, very cheap :)
|
civic insurance is rape, not to mention the theft issues. partly why im switching over to a trans am.

buddy its still a 20 second car, lol, the only advantage you have with a 5 speed with your brick is that it wont be as slow getting on the hiway, lol
|
At Least if it was 3.5L you might have something to work with. My BUddies Dads '96 Maxima he put a 150 shot on it and a tire. Ran high 11s!
But for now....:UDONT: |
