i've a really odd request.
i am searching for a .wav file i used to have.
It was about 15 seconds long-ish. and i don't even know where i got it. i figured it was default with the windows installation, but i don't seem to have it after i reformatted. So i made a .midi file of it. if you're bored enough, and want to do a .wav search of your computer and see if you've got it or recognize it and know where i can recover it i'd greatly appreciate it. the midi's rough, but you get the idea of what i'm looking for. http://home.comcast.net/~blindstrike/lookingfor.mid aaand, i uh...use this as a notification for when my friend hops online. and it's stupid/wierd but i don't want to use another song. i like that one for it... sooo. see if you got it?? |
first off, which windows are you using?
|
I have a tehcno sounding 15 second clip that I thought was default from a windows install?
|
it's windows XP.
And it's like a guy goin "do, do, do, do, do da da... do do do do do da da" that's what is in the midi file. |
oh, no, sorry.. I dont have any of a guy singing.
I vote new sound for your buddy :D |

it's just a song that i'm looking for.
about 15 seconds in length. a .wav file is a soundfile, like mp3. only it's .wav .wav is uncompressed so they're alot larger than mp3's. That's why they're not used very often on a consumer level. |
