Responsibilities include but not limited to;



· Utilizing the computer system to look up and sell the correct parts
· As per the customer’s questions advise them on automotive repairs, assist them in trouble-shooting their automotive problems, and ensure that they have all required parts to complete the repair.
· Effectively communicating product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers.
· Demonstrating a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conducts at all times.
· Offering to source 3rd party parts for customers when out of stock at the store
· Performing store administrative duties, as designated by the manager.
· Adhering to company policies and procedures.
· Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications


· Experience with automotive parts and repairs.
· A demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service both in the store and on the telephone.
· A good base of knowledge of automotive operating systems.
· Excellent verbal communication and effective listening skills.
· Experience working under pressure and setting priorities.
· An appetite for continuous learning and knowledge.
· Be functionally literate and capable of understanding and recognizing part numbers and line codes to ensure the proper selection of parts.
