Mean Machines Ferrari vs Corvette
 

Not a fair challenge.

They take a top of the line vette...the 07 ZO6 and put it up against a Ferrari F-360 Modena...a car that hasn't been produced since 2004. and also not a top of the line ferrari.

Chevy took thier flagship car to the track. It's making the most power of any vehicle they've built in 2007, it's got a full load, it's top of the line....the Ferarri is at least 3 years old and not in the same power class at all....how do you compare a car that makes all of it's 400hp at 8500 RPM to the corvette that makes over a 100hp more at..I think it's like 5500 or 6K. Not very fair if you ask me.

I think a fair comparison would have been the 07 F-430 vs the Z06....but in that case, the vette would have got wiped, which makes me wonder.....how much did chevy pay the Discovery Channel to make a vette beat a Ferrari?
