Almost none replied to my emails but I did have a couple that said they wanted to advertise but then they just stopped responding to my emails. No reason or anything just stopped. They could at least say they didn't want to, so I won't buy products from them now.

Yes it will, I paid for the shirts out of my own pocket because I had to order so many to get the price down. So if you buy one that money will go to help pay for the setup costs of the dedicated server.
