Officially bought a new house!
On March 1st, 2007, at approximately 6:27 PM (MST)... I bought my first new house. 
I decided on the Windsor, by Morrison Homes (www.morrisonhomes.ca). I was originally set on the Cypress (by the same builder), but the upstairs layout wasn't an ideal usage of space.
Picked out my lot and everything. I'm on a quiet street with a cul-de-sac, new development. It's basically the opposite part of town from where I am right now.
As the build progresses, this thread will serve as an on-going story book... the adventures of building my house.

If you look at Phase 17, you can see my street, New Brighton Lane SE... my house is actually being built in Phase 18, which is active, but has yet to be updated on the site.

I'll keep everyone posted with events and pictures of the progress.

The "bonus" room is the room that is placed directly over-top of the garage. It's called a Bonus Room because it used to be a 'bonus' for a house to have one. Now they seem to come with them standard, but people know the term 'bonus room' so it stuck.

Id put a fireman pole thing in that Bonus room going down to the garage that definatly would be pimp as hell. Plus it could double as a stripper pole, just think of the posibilitys.
