Not going to go into detailed but...

Scenario:
Last year i received roughly 2 weeks pay as a bonus, awesome, thank you very much.

This year, I received roughly 1 DAY!!

Thats right, about 1/10 of my previous bonus, not to mention, I didnt get it until today

My position in the company has done anything but go down, I have moved up slightly over the past year.
So do I have a right to question this to my superiors?

Or do i have to sit and take it, accepting the fact that any bonus is, just that, a bonus?

Any bonus is better than nothing, although I got like $80 this year, less than half off what I make in a day.
