They drive me crazy, Just about all now are the same...there ok at first then comes that 20 page question crap...Do you talk alot? You work good in big crowds...etc...etc....Agree, Disagree, Stronlgy Agree, Strongly Disagree.....they drive me crazy I just did 4 of them took FOREVER.

i know what you mean. i filled one out for sears auto center on thursday and right at the end of it it told me to pick an interview time (wtf?? whats the point of the application then?) got there monday at 3pm to find out that "the computer doesnt communicate with us, we have to check it to find out who has interviews, and we didnt check the computer yet so our HR manager already left". people are getting a little too lazy with the computer thing. What ever happend to going into a place looking professional and talking to a manager?

Yeah I just had to do one of those for best buy... I applied there so many times, I eventually wrote down a whole list of 100 1-5 so I could just go down the list without reading them hahahha.
