Panera Bread Sucks!!

I hate Panera with a horrible passion. My disctrict manager just told me we're not getting our bonus' like we were suppose to on Tuesday. I am so pissed I can't even think clearly right now. This money was going to be used to buy the cam and install it along with the 4.10's. Normally the bonus is pretty nice but I am sick and tired of being screwed over by them. I was planning on quiting right after CSF since my vacation has already been approved. Right now I don't know if I can last that long. I'm going to go on Monster.com right now and send my resume at to a couple places. I normally don't have any trouble at all getting job offers. It's just finding something I'll like and is as close to home as Panera is right now.

Yeah that sucks. Good luck with the job search

It's not even just this, there's a lot of other crap that's been going on for the past six months. I'm a pretty laid back guy and it takes a lot to get me mad but I have been pushed to far here.
I hope the place burns down.

Yes I am the manager and I really have no problem at all getting another job. I get job offers all the time. I'm just really picky, I want something that doesn't force me to work a ton of hours(most resturant managers work 60+ hours a week), and I want something close to home which is hard because I don't live in a big city.

maybe you could get into bank management, yes its a completely different field, but you would get every holiday off and have regular hours, and no weekends. (unless an occasional saturday depending on the bank) but i mean if you are a manager of a bank, after a while you could work your way up and maybe become the manager of all the managers (at our bank we call it the branch coordinator) and eventually the vice president. you would get todress nice everyday and have lots of great benefits. just an idea.

I've thought about it but they normally take people that have more banking experiance than I do.

Plus this is by no means a career for me. My wife will have her CPA this year and then I'm going back to finish off my degree's in computer programing and software engineering.
