Possible...?

I was just on autotrader and looked up some hondas for under 5g'z.... im really interested in a 95civic green 2dr 5sp and its only 112km is that possible.... and my second choice is a 96 accord 4dr 4sp and 111km.... like those are 12 and 11 year old cars... how would I know if their mileage is not turned back?

Check the compression ratio of the engine. You'll need a mechanic to do so.

The ECU's will likely keep the mileage, in addition to the odometer. If you can find someone who can read the ECU, you're good to go.

It's possible, especially if the car was owned by someone who lived in the city, used transit for their everyday commute, and used their car only for weekend travel or out of town trips.

It's also possible if the car was a second car. I have a pick-up in my driveway that I last filled up with fuel just before New Years. It still has a half-tank of fuel left in it, so that will give you an idea of just how far it's been driven in the last 3 months. It gets more use in the summer, but it's still not a daily driver even then...

I also have a near mint condition 1990 Honda in the garage, and it only has 23,000 miles on it, or about 37,000 km. Mind you, it's a motorcycle, and I ride it a lot more than its previous owner, but still...

This is a wonderful opinion. The things mentioned are unanimous and needs to be appreciated by everyone
