first step - take off gay **** pic that im sure you have as your background.
second step - hit the print screen button "print scr" its above the "home" key.
*doing so is basically the same thing as copying text.
then copy it into photo shop (or ms paint for the ancient peoplessss).
save as a jpeg and upload onto imageshack or attach it to your post.
