Pulled over once again...HAHA

well i was on my way home from my gf's house about around 3ish in the morning in my step-moms charger, had my cruise set to a little over the limit (knew there was cops on this road).......then the lights flipped on. I just started laughing! haha i couldnt believe it! i fly around all the time on my bike paying next to no attention to the limits and i get pulled over actually following the limit.

anyways he went thru the whole thing (been drinking bla bla bla) he said i was swerving and touched the center line. so then i laughed and said "you serious?" and laughed once more. anyways got him to laugh a couple times and was given a warning

i hate cops.

yer so lucky brod

FORCE_FED_Z 07-30-2006 11:07 PM

So lets see, you get pulled over for being out around 3am, (typical drinkin hours) and he said he saw you swerving (another sign of drinking) and you had the cruise set (yet again another sign of a drunk) and you are pissed?

Officers routinely make stops on cars that might have the potential for a drunk. You might be pissed, but for why? For an officer observing what could have been a potential DWI? Go ahead and hate the cops, but I bet the same people that hate the cops pulling people over are the same people that hate that there are so many people driving without licenses and driving drunk, making it unsafe for the rest of us. And then I bet those same people also talk crap about cops sitting around on duty doing nothing. So lets see, if the cops followed that thinking it would mean that they can't make routine traffic stops, they can't sit and run any traffic observation, so what does that leave, sitting in the station? Then people will be pissed cops are just sittin inside while crime is being committed and people are driving around like a-holes.

And yes, I know there are cops out there that abuse their power and their authority, I make no excuse for them. Its because of them cops get a bad rep, but for 1 bad cop, there are 10 more out doin their job and putting their life and family on the line to protect you..

I know its a little rant, but don't hate the cops for doing their job. Who knows, one night on another stop like yours they might get that drunk before he can get a chance to cause an accident that might involve one of your loved ones...think about that before you go spouting off about how cops harrass people...

yeah i know. you make a good point. i know that there are many great cops out there that do a lot for the community. this guy was just being an a$$ to me (i think once he saw a young kid in a decent car), and thats why i generalize them all as being a$$holes.

i didnt want to make a 70 line thread explaining every detail about him being a dick through the whole 40 min process, so ill stick to generalizing. i really hate cops

97z2801ss 07-31-2006 12:39 AM

there just doin there job
u got a warning man
big deal...

paarman97maro 07-31-2006 12:58 AM

haha god youre lucky. You should also start being more attentive while driving... Im surprised you got a warning with the respose "are you serious" like you didnt even notice you were swerving. He coulda bent you over with a inattentive driving ticket. Again you are lucky you *** haha

you other guys, chill out. he actually wrote something entertaining to read... i dont see anyone else here posting entertaining threads, and i dont really see whats the reason for being an ***. except for the 'i hate cops' part, theres nothing about ragging on cops in that paragraph.

paarman97maro 07-31-2006 01:05 AM

Oh yeah, Id take this as a warning too b-rod, youre lucky you werent on your bike... I bet he woulda gave you a ticket then. No more wobbling on your bike :lolsign:

blue89vert 07-31-2006 01:13 AM

lmao yeah no wobbling on your bike

Adric 07-31-2006 01:17 AM

Brod would be extra ****** since he isnt suppose to ride at night yet.

Mrs. Meenz28 07-31-2006 01:27 AM

I cant beleive you got away with a warning....i cant even get away with a ticket if i'm crying....hell i cant even get a warning if i'm in a car that cant even do the speed limit on most steets....i always get like 300 dollar tickets....

lucky lucky lucky....

mxracerbrian 08-01-2006 12:05 AM

i know what you guys mean. i act like a bigger *** than i am. honestly.

i dont hate cops. really i dont. its just funny as hell to see how many people flip out on this site when something controversial is said. this site has a sweet reputation for that....haha! seriously, way too many "drama queens"

yes, i do know that im lucky. and no, im not a ****** driver. i drive all day everyday whether in a little pickup or a long *** semi. my "inattentiveness" is being relaxed. im not a white knuckler lol

oh and the wobbling on my bike....haha. i was next to paar leaving his apt one night and i kinda got on the gas.....the damn bike just stated burning out. it was under control but funny as hell! paars and adrics eyes were HUGE lol

Well, holding a sparkler out the window is pretty worthless to begin with.... Was there even a point? And yes, flashing an explosive while driving is most likely not good.
