regarding the closed thread... someone wanted facts

this basically tells us that in the GTA as a whole.. 43 percent of the population is part of a visable minority

BUT...

In the city of toronto 60.4 percent of the population are part of a visible mnority...


SOOO... if your in the city of toronto and are white, you are part of the minority... but if your in scarb or sauga or oakville, your the majority

PS.. im from north bay... theres 56000 people here... 55500 are white or native american...

ya if you go like 15-20-25km outside scarborough, like 97 percent of the people are white there

Brampton whites are definatly the minority.

as a group/colour/background whatever you want to call it... there are still more "whites" than any other individual ethnicity.

Look the other thread was closed because it was getting out of hand, calling names, being ignorant, and generally because nobody here needs to start about racism, unless it's race-ism. If it's not we don't care. So what if the area has different coloured people? What difference does it make?

there are more "non-whites" in the world than "whites". we live in a society that promotes multi-culturalism. if other cultures scare you so much, i suggest you find a country of only 1 ethnicity.

soon enough all canadians well be immigrants. don't get me wrong i have friends from all over the world. I just think there is WAY to many ****'S then again who well drive our taxi's. just my 2 cents
