Sig Rules
 

Guys I have to go to work now but help me come up with some rules for signatures. What can be in them, what can't, picture limitations in both sizes and what's allowed.
I think with ianbowtie we need to make them very clear. Once we have them I'll add them to the Forum Rules.

steal some from a few other boards see what works, and what doesn't. your's is about right I would think paar's is a bit large for my tastes (and may give some fodder for an argument) as for content, no nudity, or risque pics, no swearing (we have a swear filter for a reason) no bashing any member (or anything that could potentially get the site in trouble)

Have a max size for pic sigs....mine and tonys are wide enough but height

500width and 200height? sound right for me. Also we shouldnt allot ALOT of crap in it I mean sure Mod list are cool and a quote but when its like 5,000 words it annoys me.

Should also only allow 1 pic in a sig.

How do you feel about the rules?

I feel they are good rules they cover everything....

do you want me to remove my ride of the month sig or combine it with the other one?

See I have absolutly no problem with that picture. How can we rewrite that rule so it allow's picturs like yours still in it.

Maybe something like you're allowed 500x175 total of all your pictures combined?

that sounds like a good idea. Between both of mine I'm only at 123. Might stil want to put a limit, like no more than that combined, maximum 2 or 3 images?

Make it 500x175 or 200 combined if u want more then 1 pic. Like Danielles shes just gota move it up so it looks like its attatched and bam..done lol.
